1.Market-based investment funds

The Center intends to launch market-based sci-tech innovation investment funds, to continually finance projects at different phases.

2.Professional and comprehensive incubator services

The Center plans to align with professional service providers and form high-quality comprehensive incubator service platforms, to provide a full package of incubator services to projects moving in, including team building, market research and development, comprehensive financing, technical cooperation, intellectual property protection, business administration, finance and taxation, compliance and risk control.

3.Support with sci-tech innovation space and equipment

The Center may give support with sci-tech innovation space depending on the characteristics and growth needs of the projects moving in. Building 1,Lingang Technology & Innovation Center, with gross floor area of about 12,000 square meters, will be available for use first. In the meantime, the Center will assist in building labs or sourcing public technical test space, and help purchase necessary laboratory instruments and devices.
