On December 4th, 2023, Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality and China Construction Bank (CCB) Shanghai Branch held a signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation agreement, as well as the launch event for CCB Shanghai Branch's financial solution supporting innovation from "0 to 10." Luo Dajin, Director of Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality, and Liu Jun, Party Secretary of the CPC CCB Shanghai Branch Committee and President of CCB Shanghai Branch, delivered speeches at the event. During the ceremony, the "Build•SH Chain" Technology Industry Financial Alliance was inaugurated, with Wang Yu, Executive Director of Peking University Shanghai Lin-gang International Science and Technology Innovation Center (PKU-IICSH), attending as a representative of alliance members.

The "Build•SH Chain" Technology Industry Financial Alliance consists of over 30 entities, including the CCB Shanghai Branch, research institutions, incubators, technology service platforms, and investment banks. It aims to integrate various resources, provide bank credit to ensure the basic funding supply for scientific and technological innovation, increase venture capital to guide funding, create a technological innovation ecosystem, and promote synergy among all elements. The alliance offers comprehensive services, supporting the entire innovation chain and contributing to the development of a technology financial service system with Chinese characteristics under the new national system. In the future, PKU-IICSH will continue to gather top-quality domestic and international resources in scientific and technological innovation, providing comprehensive, accompanying, and lifecycle support services tailored to the growth needs of incubated projects and nurturing companies.
