Piao Shilong extended a warm welcome to all attending guests and expressed gratitude to leaders and friends from all sectors for their enduring support of Peking University’s scientific and technological achievements transformation. He emphasized that since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has prioritized scientific innovation and achievements transformation. Both high-level research universities and leading technology enterprises play pivotal roles in this endeavor. For years, Peking University has adhered to a dual-track approach of "goal-oriented research and free exploration" to enhance original and independent innovation capabilities. The university has refined its mechanisms for transforming scientific achievements, establishing a full-chain transformation system; strengthened university-local government and university-enterprise collaborations; and fostered an open ecosystem where diverse innovators co-create and share resources. The establishment of INNO-YES Incubator is a key initiative under Peking University's "Year of Scientific and Technological Innovation", deepening industry-academia-research collaboration to serve the development of new quality productive forces. Moving forward, the university will consolidate high-quality resources both on and off campus, elevate professional services for achievements transformation, and provide robust support for scientists and innovators.

This event also specially invited three guests from Peking University's technology achievement transformation enterprises, investment institutions, and the capital market, who will share their practical experience and strategic insights in the process of scientific and technological innovation achievement transformation from different perspectives respectively.

Zhao Yuli, Chief Strategy Officer of Beijing Galbot Co.,Ltd, shared and exchanged insights on the exploration and reflections regarding the era of humanoid robot productivity with the audience. She first introduced Beijing Galbot Co.,Ltd, an innovative enterprise focused on the research and development of embodied intelligent large models and humanoid robots. Based on its independently developed end-to-end VLA large model (covering visual perception, language interaction, and precise task execution), the company is committed to enabling humanoid robots to achieve autonomous reasoning and generalized work capabilities, which is crucial for truly empowering various industries and making humanoid robots a helpful assistant to humans. Zhao Yuli also pointed out that the core challenge in the current development of embodied large models lies in data scarcity. Galaxy General has innovatively proposed and implemented a solution – a full-stack technology system for embodied large model robots driven by simulated synthetic data – and significant breakthroughs have been achieved in this research. The company's robot Galbot G1, equipped with the GroceryVLA end-to-end embodied large model, has taken the lead in being deployed in commercial scenarios. Through extensive cooperation with retail industry partners, it plans to open 100 unattended retail stores within the year. Meanwhile, Galaxy General has also open-sourced OpenWBT, the industry's first easy-to-deploy, multi-robot, and virtual-real cross-integrated full-body teleoperation system for humanoid robots, which greatly lowers the threshold for full-body data collection of humanoid robots. Looking ahead, Galaxy General Robotics hopes to engage in more exchanges and cooperation with partners from all sectors to jointly advance the development of new-quality productivity in humanoid robots and work together with everyone to build 2025 into the "First Year of Humanoid Robot Productivity".

Zhao Yuli's Keynote Speech

Wei Fanjie, General Manager of Shanghai Future Industry Fund, delivered a keynote speech titled Exploring the Construction of a New Model for Institutionalized Incubation and Investment. He mentioned that Shanghai Future Industry Fund, affiliated with Shanghai State Owned Capital Investment Co., Ltd, is a fund of funds (FOF) focusing on investing in early-stage projects in cutting-edge scientific fields with significant strategic importance. With a scale of RMB 10 billion, the fund is dedicated to promoting the transformation of "0-to-1" original innovations in Shanghai and across China. Based on his understanding of the development of disruptive innovation, Wei Fanjie proposed three positioning goals for Shanghai Future Industry Fund:First, it serves as "patient capital," aiming to drive the transformation of scientific and technological achievements from the "0-to-1" stage.Second, it seeks to build a global talent community. By leveraging the FOF as a link, it connects the top-tier expertise and capabilities of scientists, entrepreneurs, innovators, project managers, and investors on a unified platform.Third, it aims to establish an open innovation platform. Built on the foundation of the FOF, the platform will facilitate interdisciplinary, cross-field, and cross-platform collaboration. It will join hands with venture capital institutions to advance the concept verification of disruptive innovations, with the aspiration to explore more new paradigms and models suitable for the development of China's science, technology, and industries.

Wei Fanjie's Keynote Speech

Jiang Yu, Chairman of Huatai United Securities, delivered a keynote speech titled The Capitalization Path for China's Sci-Tech Innovation Enterprises, which conducted an in-depth analysis of the key trends and structural opportunities in the global and Chinese capital markets. Jiang Yu pointed out that since 2025, the global capital market pattern has undergone significant changes: the Hong Kong stock market has delivered outstanding performance, leading major global stock indices, and its financing function has taken the lead in recovering. Notably, companies in the technology and emerging industries have become core targets of global capital flows, guiding market trends. At the same time, the activity and attractiveness of the Hong Kong market have been greatly enhanced, and Hong Kong has become an important strategic highland for gathering high-quality Chinese assets. Focusing on the A-share market, Jiang Yu judged that it has entered a "new stage" of development, and an era characterized by the optimization and integration of stock resources is approaching. Looking ahead, Jiang Yu clearly emphasized that sci-tech innovation and industrial transformation and upgrading will be the core theme running through the development of China's capital market. Whether it is the vitality of the domestic and overseas equity financing markets or the in-depth integration of the M&A and restructuring market, all will revolve closely around the core goal of serving the high-quality development of the national economy. The capitalization path of China's innovative enterprises will embrace broader space in the new global cycle.
