At the meeting, each department of the Center, INNO-YES Incubator, and Yanyuan Fund team gave their individual annual reports. Li Jun, the general manager of Yanyuan Fund, summarized the project investment and fund management and operation, sorted out the investment philosophy and logic of Yanyuan Fund in serving the technology transfer of universities and research institutes, and made arrangements for key tasks such as fund raising and risk control compliance. Zhang Weiwei, the deputy director of the Center, summarized the work of high-quality project cultivation, the construction of new research institutions, and the construction of the INNO-YES, made plans for the work in 2026, and conducted in-depth discussions on aspects such as creating a landmark project of university-city cooperation and enriching the diversified income sources of the Center. Wang Yu, the executive director of the Center, comprehensively summarized the first-phase construction work of the Center, introduced the achievements and progress in areas such as party and mass services, standardized operation, enterprise cultivation, talent aggregation, project incubation, international layout, and ecosystem construction, and planned for the next stage of work, including actively building a benchmark in the field of non-profit innovation services and new research institutions, deeply serving the construction of the Lingang "Science and Technology Innovation City", and accelerating the construction of INNO-YES.

The leaders of Office of Science and Technology Development, PKU, who attended the meeting exchanged and commented on the achievements of the Center, INNO-YES Incubator, and Yanyuan Fund in 2025, and provided practical and feasible guidance suggestions for some key tasks.

In his concluding remarks, Yao Weihao first reviewed the work of 2025. He pointed out that the Center's work in 2025 was carried out in an orderly manner around improving mechanisms, optimizing models, enhancing brands, expanding influence, and preventing risks, achieving positive results. The Center and its affiliated companies made new breakthroughs in the construction of professional teams and operational capabilities for innovation services; the Center achieved new results in empowering regional innovation and development through the multi-dimensional approach of "sci-tech + industry + humanities"; the construction of the innovation service ecosystem reached new milestones; and the Center's work has entered a new stage of high-quality and sustainable development.

Looking forward to 2026, Yao Weihao proposed that the Center's work should adhere to the concept of "serving entrepreneurs with the heart of an entrepreneur", follow the management and operation ideas of marketization, professionalization, and internationalization, rely on the structural advantages of the linkage between the university's professional technology transfer institutions and external incubators, venture capital, and new research institutions, and carry out the business model of "innovation source + concept verification + in-depth incubation + precise investment + ecological empowerment" at a high level. Through comprehensive strategies such as grant-investment linkage, incubation-investment linkage, and recruitment-investment linkage, it will promote the aggregation of high-level talents and the incubation and transformation of high-tech enterprises. Meanwhile, as a research institution directly managed and operated by the university in a different location, it is necessary to further strengthen the construction of a compliance culture within the center system, enhance risk control, act in accordance with the laws of technology transfer, make decisions based on the rules of procedure, actively promote the integrated development of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation, accelerate the cultivation and development of new quality productivity, and strive to build the center into a new type of research institution with significant influence under the background of a university (a high-quality benchmark incubator), comprehensively serving the university's technology transfer work and regional innovative development.
