A presentation was held at a PKU auditorium to brief the audience on the policies offered by the Lin-gang Special Area, China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone in the afternoon on Oct. 21, 2021.

The Institute of Industrial Technology Research, PKU, invited some staff members of the functions of the Lin-gang Special Area Administration and the developer of the park to introduce the development of frontier industries and sci-tech innovation, talent development policies, financial opening-up policies, business and cultural development, and features of the international collaboration zone in the Lin-gang Special Area, to help the scientific research workforce know more about the privileged policies, resources and industries available there. On Mar. 29, 2021, PKU and the Lin-gang Special Area concluded an agreement on jointly developing the Peking University International Innovation Center, Lin-gang Special Area.
The presentation deepened understanding of the policies, resources and industries offered by Lin-gang among PKU’s scientific research teams, departments, functional units and partners, and heightened the scientific research workforce’s interest in the Center.
