The 2025 International Advanced Air Mobility Expo and Shanghai Low-Altitude Economy Industry Innovation Conference was grandly held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) from July 23 to 26. With the theme of "Taking Off the Low-Altitude Economy, Empowering Thousands of Industries", the event focused on the development needs of low-altitude enterprises and the implementation of application scenarios, showcasing the entire low-altitude economy industrial chain including infrastructure, manufacturing, and supporting services, as well as application chains in low-altitude transportation, urban and rural management, commercial integration, and personal consumption. Nearly 300 global leading enterprises participated, and nearly 400 domestic and international guests from the low-altitude economy industry chain were invited. Over 30 forums were held, attracting approximately 50,000 visitors. During the event, the Peking University International Sci-Tech Innovation Center at Lin-gang Special Area(PKU-IICSH) was invited to participate in two forums, reporting and exchanging on the construction of the center's low-altitude economy innovation ecosystem.

On July 24, Wang Yu, Executive Director of PKU-IICSH attended a forum titled "Industry Empowerment Exchange Meeting" and, on behalf of the center, signed a strategic cooperation agreement on industry-university-research collaboration with Shanghai Low-Altitude Economy Industry Development Company.

On July 25, PKU-IICSH and Beidou Fuxi (a technology transfer company of Peking University) participated in the "2025 Yangtze River Delta Low-Altitude Economy Industry Chain High-Quality Development Forum". He Hao, Director of Public Affairs at the Center and head of the Low-Altitude Economy Project, joined the roundtable discussion to share updates on the construction of the "Yanyuan Sci-Tech Innovation Ecosystem (Low-Altitude Economy)" and the "PKU Lin-gang Low-Altitude Integrated Flight Demonstration Platform". Participants showed strong interest and willingness to cooperate with the PKU Lin-gang Sci-Tech Innovation Center regarding its unique advantages in the low-altitude sci-tech field.

During the event, Dr. Tang Yungang, Vice Dean of the Research Institute at Beidou Fuxi, delivered a keynote speech titled "Building a Traffic Light System for Low-Altitude Air Mobility to Promote the Safe and Healthy Development of the Low-Altitude Economy." He provided a detailed report on the technical principles and application cases of the low-altitude intelligent network developed by Professor Cheng Chengqi's team from Peking University, based on the "Earth Partition Theory."

At the exhibition, the center also held in-depth exchanges with multiple organizations, including the Shanghai Yangtze River Delta Modern Industry Development Promotion Association, the Shanghai General Aviation Industry Association, the Yangtze River Delta Smart City Low-Altitude Economy Alliance, Shanghai Low-Altitude Economy Industry Development, China Telecom, CASCO, Wofei Changkong, Shanghai Xingyun Qihang, Suzhou Dufeng Technology, and Shanghai Handong UAV. Discussions focused on topics such as innovation project incubation, technical services, youth science popularization, entrepreneur training, and industry-education integration in the development of the low-altitude economy, with all parties exploring potential cooperation opportunities.
