Platform Overview

The Molecular Imaging Analysis Platform utilizes Laser Scanning Confocal Microscope(激光共聚焦显微镜), Fluorescence Microscopes(荧光显微镜), and High Content Analyzer(高内涵分析仪) as its primary tools to provide optical imaging analysis services for science and technology incubation projects. As a comprehensive optical microscopy imaging platform, it is dedicated to project services, offering optical microscopy analysis, testing, and image processing services to both internal project teams and external research institutions. The platform is equipped with a variety of imaging devices, including LSCM, HCA, and Inverted Fluorescence Microscopes(倒置荧光显微镜). It can serve a wide range of disciplines, such as life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, chemistry, and materials science. The goal is to provide high-efficiency and high-quality optical microscopy technical support to scientific and technological innovators, gradually building an advanced public service experimental platform with high equipment utilization and output efficiency.

Functions and Services

•Quantitative analysis of cellular and subcellular structures;

•Target activation, cell region / spatial analysis, cell morphology observation, point-by-point cell scanning, etc.;

•Cancer-related research, including cell cycle, cell proliferation, colony formation, cytotoxicity, apoptosis, etc.;

•High-resolution imaging of fixed specimens or live cells;

•3D image reconstruction, fluorescence co-localization, and time series analysis.
