On the afternoon of November 7th, Peking University Shanghai Lin-gang International Science and Technology Innovation Center (PKU-IICSH) held a signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation agreement with Haitong Securities Co., Ltd. Shanghai Lin-gang Branch at the Sixth China International Import Expo (CIIE) Lin-gang Exhibition Area. Tang Hao, member of the Party Working Committee of Lin-gang Special Area, Deputy Director of Lin-gang Special Area Administration (LSAA); Wang Yu, Executive Director of PKU-IICSH; Zhang Weiwei, Assistant Director of PKU-IICSH; Yu Han, Deputy General Manager of Haitong Securities Shanghai Branch and Hu Lixiang, Deputy General Manager of Haitong Securities Shanghai Lin-gang Branch attended the signing ceremony.

Zhang Weiwei and Hu Lixiang respectively represented PKU-IICSH and Haitong Lingang in signing a strategic cooperation agreement. Tang Hao, Wang Yu, and Yu Han respectively represented LSAA, PKU-IICSH, and Haitong Securities Shanghai Lin-gang Branch as witnesses to the signing.

PKU-IICSH will collaborate with Haitong Securities Shanghai Lin-gang Branch to explore comprehensive, diverse, and deep cooperation models, promote synergies in financial services, and advance cooperative mechanisms, as well as focusing on regional integration of industry and finance and coordinated investment and insurance linkage, supporting the incubation and growth of enterprises and the development of industry clusters, jointly constructing a strategic industrial innovation ecosystem.

Haitong Securities Shanghai Lin-gang Branch is a strategic branch of Haitong Securities at the corporation level, serving as a key player in supporting the construction of Lin-gang Special Area and the development of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone. Leveraging the company's professional expertise, it provides comprehensive financial services across the entire industry chain for enterprises in Lin-gang Special Area.

During the meeting, Haitong Securities Shanghai Lin-gang Branch signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shanghai Zhu Guangya Strategic Technology Institute. Tian Gunag, Chief Engineer and Liu Yanlong, Deputy Director of Shanghai Zhu Guangya Strategic Technology Institute attended the signing ceremony. Hu Lixiang and Liu Yanlong signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of  Haitong Securities Shanghai Lin-gang Branch and Shanghai Zhu Guangya Strategic Technology Institute, respectively. Tang Hao, Tian Guang, and Yu Han acted as witnesses for LSAA, Shanghai Zhu Guangya Strategic Technology Institute, and Haitong Securities Co., Ltd. Shanghai Branch during the signing.
